...Of Literary Verisimilitude.
CAS was not my only english-esque class this year. I also partook in Engl200H and Engl194. Critical Theory and Women Writers classes rely much more on reading assignments but I always enjoy a good book, even one 2653 pages long. I learned alot about the theory of writing, the text as a whole, and the theory of feminism. Both classes were highly enlightening and I wish to further my knowledge in all areas.

The first of two papers on The Chaneysville Incident, I chose to focus on John's denial of self in relation to others. He denies his feelings and in turn denies other's feelings for him. My approach was unique in that there were not many people who backed up my claim, which I had been warned against, but when I get an idea I tend to go with it.

My last paper for Women Writers blended two or more previous reading materials in an analysis of an unifying aspect. The words of Wollstonecraft, hooks, and Lorde about female subjugation by females is where I focused my attention.
